2. Common Questions

2.1 How do I book an appointment?

Open the Experts tab, choose a psychologist that matches your needs, select an available slot, and complete the payment to confirm your booking.

2.2 How do I join a session?

At the scheduled time, open your appointment in the Appointments tab and tap "Join Session" to start the video or voice call with your expert.

2.3 What if my payment fails or is deducted without confirming the booking?

If a payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, email us at contact@mindsaarthi.com with your transaction ID and registered phone number. We will resolve the issue within 1–2 business days.

2.4 Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our policy. Please contact us by email and we will assist you based on the timing of your request.

2.5 I am unable to log in to my account.

Email us with your registered phone number and we will help you regain access to your account.

2.6 How do I download an invoice for my session?

Go to the Payments tab, find the relevant transaction, and tap the download icon to save the invoice PDF to your device.

2.7 The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.

Please email us with your device model, operating system version, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.
